Bilge Measurement

Today Saturday I expected that I don't have day work today and I sleep late We checked the water level of every bilge. I've estimated the starboard to be 35cm over the tank and the other to be 40cm then suddenly this O.S. Asoy came he has injury on his knees so he is upset he brought a measurement stick measured the water and almost touched the 40cm mark he said why I reported 40cm when it haven't touch the 40cm mark he scold me to report on VHF a reading of 30.9 cm he insist that it was 30.9 so I started to count him 30.1, 30.2, 30.3 and so on while pin pointing it on the stick then next I count and pin point 31,32,33... and so on, and he became even more upset and insist that I report 39cm I told him do it himself but he didn't. It was noisy and cannot report it he just went up and told me to wait there and he will comeback after he report then I waited there for a long time fucking stupid OS. makes me think even more why I am on the path of being OS and even on OS cabin the A.B. who has OIC License is the one on the Cadet Cabin but I also think of him as stupid also he passed the examination before because it was jammed I knew it because I've work beside the guy who revised this exam just recently
